Shipping

All orders are shipped from the United States

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. For standard shipping, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the email. If you have any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

Express shipping is available for select orders for an additional fee. Please see shipping options at checkout to see if your order qualifies for express shipping. 

*Please note that we cannot upgrade the shipping method of an already placed order.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the listed shipping address.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number for reference to inquire about making any changes that could impact a successful delivery.

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with your tracking information.

Unfortunately, there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days and, once shipped, send a tracking confirmation email to the provided email address. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent before delivery.

Please check the carrier website for their statements on current delays and transit times.

*If your order has not been delivered within 14 days, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

Please allow 3-4 additional business days past the “delivered” scan, as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early.

If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.

*Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so they cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

We appreciate your patience. Please wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date. If your package still has not arrived by that time, please contact us. We would be happy to help investigate and contact our carriers when needed.

*Claims of missed/incorrect deliveries will not be accepted past 45 days of the order being placed. We ask that these issues be brought to our attention as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Returns

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened sets in their original packaging. Contact our customer support team at info@brickcraftofficial.com to initiate a return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

*Please note we do not refund original or return shipping and handling fees. If the returned item(s) appear damaged (intentional tampering) or is received in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was sent, Brickcraft reserves the right to issue a partial refund at their discretion.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If you need further assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

We're really sorry to hear that something was missing from your new Brickcraft™ set. We strive for perfection in every set and take it very seriously when a faulty one slips through. Don’t worry, though—we can send you the parts you need!

Please fill out this Replacement Parts Form. Be sure to include a complete description of the missing part using photos from the instruction manual, along with the set name and number. Once your part is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.
